402ORDINANCE No. 402 AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF LIEN W. JONES, CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED I3Y THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: 739 Pft SECTION 1. That HELEN W. JONES is presently serving in the capacity of City Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Oolusia County, Florida, at a it salary of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars per month. That the said Helen W. Jones shall continue to serve in such capacity as City Clerk at the will of the City Council of said city and that her compensation shall be increased to Three Hundred Twenty -Five (0325.00) Dollars per month. Said increase in compensation shall be effective as of April 1, 1964. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of the said Council held on April 6, 1964. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirements of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of April, 1964, and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows: 7 C YY„IhM N �.
