398ORDINANCE N0. 396 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICES OF PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, UOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FIJJRIDA: SECTION 1. That by Ordinance No. 395, dated the 6th day of January, 1964, Robert L. Henry was designated and appointed as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City Council of the said city. That said appointment was effective as of the 1st day of January, 1964, with salary designated as Three Hundred and no/100 0300.00) Dollars per month. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Robert L. Henry as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of March 2nd, 1964. That said services and pay of Robert L. Henry be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Regular Meeting of said Council held on March ad, 1964. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon passage.
