AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND RE —APPOINTING
A WATT-R DEPARAENT CLERK FOR THE CITY OF
EDGEWATE.R, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND
SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATFR, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1, That Ruth K. Sedgwick be and she hereby is designated and
re —appointed as Water Department Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusia
County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the
duties of said office as fixedand defined by the Charter and ordinances of said
city and laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the
City Council of the said city. That the said Ruth K. F.edgwick shall be paid the
sum of Two Hundred Twenty—five and no/100 (3225.00) Dollars per month. Said
re —appointment being effective as of the 6th day of November, 1963
SECTION 2. That all ordinance or parts of ordinance in conflict
herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 3. The.t this ordinance shall take offect immediately upon its
passage and approval by tho Mayor.
The above ordinance was real in full and passed by vote of th. City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said
council held on November 18th, 1963.
Upon motion daly made, seconded, and carried, the requirement of
reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was
ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at the regular meeting of said council held on the 18th day of November, 1961,
and approved as provided by law, the vote of said council being as
follows:
