378ORDINANCE NO. �3= AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICE OF SUBORDINATE PATROLMAN OR RESERVE OFFICER ON THE POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TERMINATION DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATEP., FLORIDA: Iwo SECTION 1. That by Resolution dated the 6th day of August, 1962 Charles R. Bohner was designated and appointed as a subordinate patrolmen. Imo as a reserve officer on the police force of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said am�rq City. That said appointment was effective as of the 8th day of July, 1962, withg 4�4f pay designated as One Dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour when his services utilized. That it is the will of the City Council of the said City that the appointment of Charles R. Bohner as subordinate patrolman and reserve officer on the police force of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida., be terminated as of November 18th, 1963. That said service and pay of Charles R. Bohner be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this o.*dinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and parsed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on November 18th, 1963.
