377ORDINANCE N0� 17,7 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICES OF PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGMTER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TERMINATION DATE. HE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: y.,,,. SECTION 1. That by Ordinance #319, dated the 2nd day of July, 1962 co Leroy Edward Lewis was designated and appointed as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the willof his City Council of the said city. That by Ordinance #358 dated the 19th day of August, 1963, the compensation of said Patrolman was designated as Three Hundred and no/100 ($300.00) Dollars per month effective the let day of July, 1963. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Leroy Edward Lewis as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of November 18th, 1963 and that he be paid the sum of One Hundred Seventy Seven and 53/100 ($177.53) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due from the 1st day of November, 1963 thru the 18th day of November, 1963. That said services and pay of Leroy Edward Lewis be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the Regular meeting of said Council held on November 18th, 1963. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Regular meeting of said Council held on the 18th day of November, 1963 and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows: v 377
