A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, ADOPTING FINAL BUDGET
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 2017-2018 FISCAL YEAR
BUDGETS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, by Resolution 2017-R-28, adopted an operating
budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018; and
WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, by Resolution 2018-R-06, amended the Fiscal Year
2017-2018 budget by revising the budget;and
WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, by Resolution 2018-R-10, amended the Fiscal Year
2017-2018 budget by revising the budget;and
WHEREAS, the City of Manager performed an extensive review of the revenue and
expenditure figures for each fund to compare the current amounts with the amount budgeted as
of the end of the Fiscal Year
WHEREAS, the final year end budget adjustments will allow the City of Edgewater to
adjust the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of Edgewater, Florida.
Section 1. Final Budeet Adjustment: The City Council of the City of Edgewater
amends the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 budget by revising the budget in total pursuant to itemizations
contained in Exhibit"A"which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage and adoption.
