375�•. 3 7,6° AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICES OF PRESENT POLICE CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TER4=- ATION DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That by Ordinance #314, dated the 4th day of June, 1962, John F. Deibler was designated and appointed as the Chief of Police for the City ofN�-y ) Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City m•.,. ; Council of the said city. That said appointment was effective as of the day of June, 1962, with salary designated as Four Hundred Twenty-five and n0/1 ($425.00) Dollars per month. This it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of John F. Deibler as Police Chief for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of November 18th, 1963 and that he be paid the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-one and 50/100 ($251.50) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due from the let day of November, 1963 thru the 18th day of November, 1963• That said services and pay of John F. Deibler be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on November 18th, 1963. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
