371ORDINANCE NO. 371 AN ORDINANCE TERSIINA'TING SERVICES OF PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE -' TO TERMINATION DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:-`` SECTION 1, That by Ordinance #358, dated the 1st day of July, 1963, Leroy Edward Lewis was designated and appointed as Patrolman for the City r of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City Council of the said city. That said appointment was effective as of the 1st day of July, 1963, with salary designated as Three Hundred and no/100 ($300.00) Dollars per month. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Leroy Edward Lewis as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of November 13th, 1963 and that he be paid the sum of One Hundred Twenty- eight and 18/100 ($128.18) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due from the 1st day of November, 1963 thru the 13th day of November, 1963. That saidservices and pay of Leroy Edward Levis be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. -.- The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Special meeting of said Council held on November 14th, 1963. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon passage.
