3664 e ORDINANCE NO. 366 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 331, THE SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1962, AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1963, TO THE VARIOUS ITE14S OF THE CITY BUDGET. - BE IT ENACTED SY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 331 of the City of Edgewater, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: - "SECTION 1. That the following amounts of moneys to be collected from the source of revenue of the City of Edgewater, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1962 and ending October 31, 1963, be and the same hereby are appropriated to the following purposes in the following amounts: PRESENT CHANGED TO Wages $ 9,200.00 $ 9,000.00 Social Security 334.00 342.64 Power 2,180.00 2,480.00 Chemicals 515.00 432.00 Supplies 4,500.00 4,767.00 Truck Expense 360.00 540.00 Repairs & Replacements 983.00 983.00 Telephone 260.00 260.00 Insurance 179.37 179.37 Printing & Office Expense 375.00 405.00 Auditing 300.00 266.00 Miscellaneous ��ee xre6 1,509.49 a°. tqs'. e 1,040.85 Depreciation Account & Capital Improvements 13,960.00 13,668.48 Principal & Interest Account 26,000.00 26,291.52 Reserve Account 4.200.00 4,200.00 TOTAL $64,855.86 $64,855.86 SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of said City of Edgewater, Florida, be and she hereby is directed, as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected by her, to apportion such revenues to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION k. That this ordinance take effect ilmnediately upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held October 21st, 1963. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
