AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE
COLLECTED FOR THE WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA,"g
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1,
1963, AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1964, TO THE
VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET.`
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA
SECTION 1. That the following amounts of
moneys to be collected from the source of revenue of the Water
Department of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
during the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1963, and ending
October 31, 1964, be and the same hereby are appropriated to
the following purposes and in the following amounts:

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of the said
City of Edgewater, Florida, be and she hereby is directed to
apportion such revenues of the Water Department of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, to the respective purposes set forth in
Section 1 hereof as and when the above -described and designated
revenaes are received and collected.
SECTION 3. That al76rdinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are re-
pealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance take effect
immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above Ordinance was read in full and
passed by unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of the Council held
on the 7th day of October, A. D. 1963.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried,
the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading
was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the
City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said
Council on the nth day of October, A. D. 1963, and approved
as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows:
