362ORDINANCE No. 362 AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING LOUIS OSSINSKY, JR., AS TEMPORARY CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING o WHEN SAID ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT. WHEREAS, LOUIS OSSINSKY, SR., the City Attorney for the CITY OF EDGEWATER FLORIDA is temporarily unable to fulfill his responsibilities at City Attorney, because of illness, and WHEREAS, it is necessary for legal counsel to be appointed in his absence to advise the City Council of the CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA in regard to its various affairs in the government of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That LOUIS OSSINSKY, JR., be and he is hereby appointed as Temporary City Attorney for the CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, to act as City Attorney for said City in the absence of LOUIS OSSINSKY, SR. SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on the 9th day of October, A. D. 1963. - 1 - Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
