AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO
BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGIiNING NOVEMBER 1ST, 1963, AND 1V/�
ENDING OC TOBER 31S T, 1964, TO THE VARIOUS 4
ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA-
SECTION 1. That the following amounts of moneys
are anticipated to be collected from the sources of
revenue of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
during the fiscal year beginning November lst,1963, and
ending October 31st, 1964, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That from the aforesaid anticipated
moneys to be collected from the sources of revenue as afore-
said, same be and they are hereby appropriated to the fol-
lowing purposes in the following amounts during the fiscal
year beginning November let, 1963, and ending October 31st
1964, to -wit:

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Edge-
water, Florida, be and she is hereby directed to apportion
such anticipated revenue set forth in SECTION 1 to the re-
spective purposes set forth in SECTION 2 hereof, as and
when the above described and designated revenues are received
and collected.
SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewithbe and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect
immediatelyupon its passage.
The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by
vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at the regular meeting of said Council held on September
16th, 1963.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the re-
quirements of reading said Ordinance upon second reading
were waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final
passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council
held on the 16th day of September, 1963; the vote of said
Council being as follows:
