347ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING BIDS FOR TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGNAL INSTALLATION, LABOR AND MATERIAL, AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROAD 5 AND PARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATE I UA SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Edge- water, Florida, does hereby direct the City Clerk to advertise, in a newspaper of general circulation in Volusia County, Florida, for ten days, two insertions,a week apart only being necessary, for bids for one traffic light signal installation, labor and material, at the intersection of State Road 5 and Park Avenue, in the City of Edgewater, Florida; said notice for bids to be substantially in the following form, to -wit: Sealed bids will be received by the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, at the office of the City Clerk, until 4:00 P. M., June 13th, 1963 for flN� ONE TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGNAL INSTALL- ATION, LABOR AND MATERIAi, AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROAD 5 AND PARK AVENUE, EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Florida State Road Department, which are on file and may be inspected at the City Hall in the office of the City Clerk. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered. All bids will be sealed and addressed to the Mayor, City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Flor- ida, and be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, "BID ON TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGNAL INS TALLA TI ON" . SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordi- nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re- pealed. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a meeting ofsaidCouncil held on the �4th day of May, A. D. 1963. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the re- quirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a meeting of said Council held the 24,h day of May, A.
