344ORDINANCE NO.� AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF ROBERT H. McCARTHY, PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. AMPTE` BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That ROBERT H. McCARTHY is presently serving in the capacity of Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, at a salary of Two Hundred Seventy -Five ($275.00) Dollars per month. That the said ROBERT H. McCARTHY shall continue to serve in such capacity as Patrol- man at the will of the City Council of said City and that his compensation shall be increased to Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars per month. Said increase in compensation shall be effective as of December 13, 1962. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on December 17, 1962. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirements of reading such Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
