332ORDINANCE NO. 3.3q AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SPEED OF TRAINS THROUGH THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEiiEOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PEOPLE OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDOPTED Section 1. It shall be unlawful to operate a railroad train, cars, locomotives or engines in or through the corporate limits of this City at a rate of speed in excess of 20 miles per hour. Section 2. That a violation of the above provision of Section 1 shall be punishable by a fine of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars. Section 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section ,,. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
