AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED
FOR THE WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING NOVEMBER 1, 1962 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1963,
TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET AIMPTED
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following amounts of moneys to be collected
from the source of revenue of the Water Department of the City of
Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning
November 1, 1962 and ending October 31, 1W963�, be and the same hereby
are appropirated to the following purposes and in the following
amounts:

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of the said City of Edgewater,
Florida, be and she hereby 1s directed to apportion such revenues
of the Water Department of the City of Edgewater, Florida, to the
respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof as and when the
above described and designated revenues are received and collected.
SECTION 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.

SECTION 4. That this ordinance take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval of the Mayor.
The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by unanimous
vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the
regular meeting of the Council held on October 22, 1962.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement
of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the
Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council on the 22nd day
of October, 1962, and approved as provided by law, the vote of
said Council being as follows;
