325ORDINANCE NO. 325 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1962, AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1963, TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. ADOPTED BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWA 4TEER, FLORIDA:' Section 1. That the following amounts of moneys to be collected from the source of revenue of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1962, and ending October 31, 1963, be, and the same hereby are appropriated to the following purposes and in the following amounts: General Government $26,185.00 Street Department 38, 500. 00 Street Lights 5,800.00 Police Department 22,575.00 Fire Department 9,855.00 Emergency & Contingency 7,350.00 Library 3,500.00 Recreation 2,000.00 Total $115,765.00 Section 2. That the City Clerk of the said City of Edgewater, Florida, be, and she hereby is directed to apportion such revenues to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same hereby are repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. 3 aj r r-, The above and foregoing ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held September 5, 1962. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
