318ORDINANCE NO. 318 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A DEPUTY CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR S OFFFICE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWAT_ A) V ® SECTION 1. That MARIE ELIZABETH ROBINSON be and she hereby Is designated and appointed as the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusta County, Florida, with full power and author- ity to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said city. That the said MARIE ELIZABETH ROBINSON shall be paid the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per month. Said appointment being effective as of the 20th day of June, 1962. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Fl arida, at the regular meeting of said council held on July 2, 1962. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirements of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
