291ORDINANCE A291 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND RE -APPOINTING A DEPUTY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Kathryn B. O'Connell be and she hereby is designated and re -appointed as Deputy Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of B' said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said city. That the said Kathryn B. O'Connell shall be paid the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five ($225. 00) Dollars per month. Said appointment being effective as of the 79AL day of November, 1961. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said council held on November 20, 1961 Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
