290ORDINANCE #290 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND RE -APPOINTING A CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Mrs. Frank F. Dippery, be and she is he reby designated and re -appointed as City Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusi%*4. County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of thed duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said city. That the said Mrs. Frank F. Dippery shall be paid the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 ($300. 00) per month. That Two Hundred Twenty-five ($225. 00) Dollars of said monthly compensation shall be paid out of the General Fund of the city and the balance of Seventy-five ($75. 00) Dollars per month shall be paid out of the Water Fund of the city of Edgewater, Florida. Said re -appointment being effective as of the 8d&day of November, 1961. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on November 20, 1961. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
