273ORDINANCE NO. 273 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTE FOR THE WATER DEPARTMENT CF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA 03UNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN- NING NOVEMBER 1, 1960 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1961, TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPIE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following amounts of moneys to be collected from the source of revenue of the Water Department of the City of Edgewater, Volusta County, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1960 and ending October 31, 1961, be and the same hereby are appropriated to the following purposes and in the following amounts: Salaries and wages $8,900.00 Payroll Taxes, Social Security 250.00 Power 1,865.00 Chemicals 150.00 Supplies 1,372.00 Truck expense 50.00 Repairs and replacements 125.00 Telephone 240.00 Insurance 205.00 Office expense 260.00 Auditing 300.00 Postage 225.00 Miscellaneous 180.00 "�-t— Principal and Interest Sinking Fund 26,000.00 Depreciation Account $18,000.00 in Securities Reserve Account 4,200.00 Capital Improvements 9.660.00 $52,982.00 SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of the said City of Edgewater, Florida, be and she hereby is directed to apportion such revenues of the Water Department of the City of Edgewater, Florida, to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance take effect immediately upon its passage and anproval of the Mayor. ;0 'b The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, ate. regular meeting held October 17, 1960. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
