272• f� ORDIANCE NO. 272 AN ORDIANCE DE➢ICATING A CERTAIN EASEMENT -TO THE PUBLIC FOREVER BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF ThE CITY OF EDGEIUATER, FLOR41 2% SECTION 1. That a 25 foot easement measuring North to South is hereby dedicated to the use of the public forever, said 25 foot easement to commence at an intersection of the prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot 4-R Assessor's Subdivision of the Alvarez Grant as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 137, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida; and the Easterly right-of-way line of Riverside Drive located in Edgewater, V©lusia County, Florida, said easement to continue Easterly until said 25 foot easement intersects with the Westerly boundary line of the following described property to -wit: From the Northeast corner of said Section 33 run North 37050t40" 'Nest a distance of 358.35 feet to monument; thence run North 246 51'10" West, a distance of 953.93 feet to an intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the South line of Park Avenue, a 50 foot Street as now laid out; thence North 66045'50" East along the said Easterly prolongation of the South line of Park Avenue, a distance of 115 feet, more or less, to the Westerly High Water Mark of the Indian River North, thence continue North 66045,50" East, a distance of 620 feet, more or less, to the West line of the 500 foot Right of Way of the Intracoastal Waterway; thence North 24022159" West along the said West Right of Way of the Intracoastal Waterway a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the North line of Lot 4+:R, Assessor's Subdivision of the Alvarez Grant as recorded In Plat Book 3, page 137 public records of Volusia County, Florida, thence South 66b45'5G" West along said Easterly prolongation of the North line of said Lot 4-R a distance of 150 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING thence run South 24022159" East 150 feet; thence run South 66 45'50" West 150 feet; thence run North 24022,59" West 150 feet; thence North 66045,50" East 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTIONJ. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day of September, 1960. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day of September, 1960, and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows: i Approved this day of September, 1960 mayor
