AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE COMPENSATION FOR
'THE OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE RSOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: 06,
SECTION 1. That Crawford C. Shaeffer, the duly elected
Municipal Judge of the City of Edgewater, Florida, shall be paid
the sum of Sixty-six and 67/100 (.$66.67) Dollars per month for
the performance of the duties of Municipal Judge of the said city,
said appointment being effective as of November 1, 1959,
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full andpassed by vote of the
City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meet-
ing held on November 16, 199 .
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirment
of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the
ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held November 16,
1959, and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council
