244ORDINANCE NO. 244 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND SETTING THE COMPENSATION FOR HIS SERVICES BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Adolph LaBonde be and he hereby is designated and appointed Building Inspector for the City of Edgewater, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said city; that the said Adolph LaBonde shall be paid the sum of One HundredThirty and No/100 $130.00) Dollars per month for his services, said appointment being effective as of theist day of November,A. D. 1959. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall t ake effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on November 16, 1959. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second readingw as waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
