234ORDINANCE NO. 234 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHAPTER 186.0104, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1957, THE SAME BEING A PART OF THE I40 , TRAFFIC ORDINANCE FOR MUNICIPALITIES, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, ' 1 SECTION 1. That Chapter 186.01.04 of the Florida Stautes, 1957,. the salve being a part of the Model Traffic Ordinance for Munici- palities, is hereby adopted by the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida. SECTION 2. That any person violating any provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be fined not more than $ 25.00 or confined for not more than _ 5 days, or both, at the discre- tion of the Municipal Judge. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. Thee bove ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meet- ing held on the 8th day of September, 1959. Upon motion duly madd, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 8th day of September, A.
