185ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 97 OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DETERMINATION OF PRIORITY OF LANDS TO CLEAN. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 97 of the City of Edgewater, Florida be and it is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section It is the duty of the Street Supervisor to noti y the City Clerk of any lands that are claimed to be a nuisance within the meaning of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 97. The Councilman designated by the Mayor to supervise the cleaning of lands within the city shall determine the priority of which lands to clean and in what order when the city is unable to clean all lands that may be a nuisance within the meaning of Ordinance No. 97." SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinarc es In conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECT10N 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, A. D. 1957. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the require. ment of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
