AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING
A BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND NON
SETTING THE COMPENSATION FOR SUCH SERVICES. r
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORI
SECTION 1. That Adolph LaBonde be and he hereby is
designated and appointed Building Inspector for the City of
Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and
authority to do and perform all the duties of said office
as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said
city and the laws of the State of Florida; to serve as such
at the will of the City Council of said city; that the said
Adolph LaBonde shall be paid the sum of One Hundred and N0/300
(J$100.00) Dollars per month for his services, said appoint-
ment being effective as of the 1st day of November, A.D. 1957.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
Immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the
vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at a regular meeting held on the llth day of November, A.D.
1957.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the require-
ment of reading said ordinance upon second reading was
waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held
on the llth day of November, A. D. 1957, and approved as
provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows:
