158ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE 14AKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1957, FOR THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. WHEREAS the City of Edgewater, Florida, will have an unappropriated our-_ plus for the fiscal year ending October 31, 1957, and WHEREAS the City of Edgewater, Florida, desires to change the budget, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: Ordinance No. 156 of the City of Edgewater, Florida, entitled "AN ORDINANCE MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1957, FOR THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET" be and the same is hereby amended, and additional moneys are ap- propriated and the appropriations are changed to read as follows: General Government- - - - - - - - - - - --$10,500.00 Street Lights- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2,200.00 Street Department- - - - - - - - - - - - - 23,000.00 Police Department- - - - - - - - - - - - - 5,100.00 Fire Department- - - - - - - - - - - - - - 800.00 Emergencies and Contingencies- - - - - - - 3,000.00 Library - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- 400.00 total $45,000.00 Section 2: That the City Clerk of the said City of Edgewater, Florida, be and she is hereby directed as and when the above described and desig- noted revenues are received and collected by her, to apportion such revenues to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof. Section 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict here- with be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage - 1 - and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of May, A. D. 1957. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the reo_uirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 13th day of May, A.
