137ORDINANCE NO. 1-37 AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND SETTING THE COMPENSATION FOR SUCH SERVICES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: !4# Section 1: That Adolph La Bonds be, and ke is hereby designated and ���® appointed as Building Inspector for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Chrater and Ordinances of said City, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City and as the Mayor of said City may direct; that Adolph La Bonds shall be paid the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month for his services, said appointment being effective October 8th, 1956. Section 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting on the 22nd day of October, A' D. 1956. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried., the require- ment of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the Ordinance was put upon final passage. Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 22nd day of October, A.
