113ORDINANCE NO. 113 AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A DEPUTY CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEi4ATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Kathyrn B. O'Connell be, and she is hereb — N�® d and appointed Deputy City Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volus 1® County, Florida, with full power and authority to perform all of the duties of the City Clerk in the absence of the City Clerk, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City; that said Kathryn B. O'Connell shall be paid the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for her services. Section 2: Said Kathryn B. O'Connell shall serve as City Clerk in the absence of the City Clerk or when from the volume of work she is re- quired to do so by the Mayor. Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. Section 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. The above Ordinance was read In full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting on the 14th day of May, A.D. 1956. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried the recuirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the Ordi- nance was ordered put upon final passage.
