111ORDINANCE NO. 111 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS OF FLORIDA FOR DRIVERS' LICENSES BY ALL DRIVERS IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIA/5 Section. 1: No person, except those exempted by the laws of th88eePPPPPPState Florida, shall drive any motor vehicle within the City of Edgewater unless such person has a valid license as an operator or chauffeur under the provisions of Chapter 322, Florida Statutes. No person shall operate a motor vehicle as a chauffeur unless he holds a valid chauffeur's license. Section 2: All of the definitions of Chapter 322, Florida Statutes, are adopted in construing this Ordinance. Section 9: Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall upon conviction be fined not more than $50.00 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days. Section 4: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. Section 5: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a special meeting on the 19th day of April, A.D. 1956. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the Ordi— nance was ordered put upon final passage.
