Bob Chew, 208 Virginia Street spoke to show his support for the Florida friendly fertilizer
Ordinance.
Gene Emter, 513Porstde Lane: believes the resolution regarding the City Manager advisory board
is not accurately representing the Edgewater residents. He believes the board should consist of more
than 5 members.
Paul Romanoski, 1872 Umbrella Tree Drive: discussed why he does not agree with the residential
rental inspection program.
Michelle, 300N Riverside Drive.- discussed why she does not agree with the residential rental
inspection program.
Rob Wilkie, 209 San Remo Cir:discussed the negative effects of the fertilizer Ordinance.
Tom Barratt, 1400Riverside Drive: thanked the Council for their forward vision regarding the
fertilizer Ordinance.
Glenn Powers, 2628 Yule Tree Drive: discussed the recent Wreaths Across America Ceremony and
thanked the city and Council members that attended and helped with the event.

some ideas that she thinks would help the environment. She also discussed her concerns regarding
water bills.

Councilwoman Power reported: attending the Team Polusia meeting, the Wreaths Across America
Ceremony, the Edgewater Christmas parade and said how much she appreciated the attendance of
the meeting and discussed how important the feedback is.
Councilwoman O'Keefe reported: attending the Edgewater Christmas Parade, the employee
breakfast, a walk and talk of the canals, the treelighting for Zoe Adams, the Chrism+as boat parade
and the Wreaths Across America Ceremony,

Interim City Manager Dewees made a staffpresentatton.
Melissa Williamson, 2212 Queen Palm Dobe: Suggested that the Council should receive input from
the residents on decisions like this.
Chris Cromm, 2512 Needle Palm Drive: Disagrees with being limited on what he can build on his
property.
Jim Oliver, 117Magnolia Ave: Disagrees with the code stating that an accessory building can only be
a maximum of f60%of the home on the property.
Cindy Black, Umbrella Tree Drive: Feels that the city has loosened their regulations greatly and
believes that regulations are important and shouldn't continue to be loosened

Glenn Starch discussed the concerns relating to the requested RPUD agreement.
Kim Lang, 3311 Mango Tree Drive: asked how many homes have already been approved in the cin,
and asked what the plan is for our water and the impact fees.
Bob Chew, 208 Virginia Street: discussed his concerns with developing more homes and how it will
effect the Mosquito Lagoon.
Haley Vezza, 114 Orange Ave: discussed her concerns with developing more homes in the area
relating to providing employment and schooling.
Melissa Williamson, 2112 Queen Palm Drive: discussed her concerns with developing more homes in
the area relating to providing police,fire and schooling for the new residence.
Rocky Darcy, 1011 S Riverside Driver discussed his concerns with developing homes on 50ft lots.
Jen Parker, 1019 Umbrella Tree Drive: disagrees with developing over 700 homes, she feels that
Edgewater isn't ready for it and believes that it will negatively effect the existing home values.
Arthur Slack, 3031 Umbrella Tree Drive:discussed his concerns with approving this development.
Paul Romanoski, 1872 Umbrella Tree Drive: discussed his concerns with approving this development
relating to the growth and traffic issues that may occur.
Cindy •Black, Umbrella Tree Drive.' discussed her concerns regarding the schooling if this
development is approved.
Elizabeth Lavatte, 1820 Hibiscus Drive:discussed her concerns with approving this development.

Paul Williamson, 1212 Queen Palm Drive: suggested that the city ran ads in the newspaper 2 weeks
in advance for all items being voted on to make residence more aware.
Art Litowitz, 1501 S Riverside Drive: thanked the city and Council members for all of their efforts
and believes this ordinance regarding fertilizer should be approved to help the waterways.
Bob Chew, 208 1iirginia Street: thanked the Council members for all of their efforts and believes that
during a ban stores shouldn't have any fertilizer on the shelves.

a permanent city manager

Bob Andrejkovics, 331 Admiralty Court: believes that the members of the board should be choosers
once there are all 5 Council members trs place.
William Dailey: agrees that the members of the board should be choosen once there are all 5 Council
members in place.

Resolution No. 2019-R-01 until we have our 5th council member in District 2 and stop taking
applications after January 28,2019.The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

Cindy Black; Umbrella Tree Drive: believes that there should be more time for residence to be aware
this position is up for election.
Kim Long, 3311 Mango Tree Drive: suggested reaching out to the local radio station to have them
mention the election on air.
Lisa Lewis: clarified that although the timeline is very short this is required to stay in the guidelines
of the charter.

approve a moratorium on the rental inspection program and schedule a workshop on
