104ORDINANCE 140. 104 AN ORDINANCE SETTING TEE SALARY OF THE MAYOR AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE. 7 ^ BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the Mayor, as Municipal Judge, shall receive a salary for his services as Municipal Judge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect as of March 1, 1956. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a reg- ular meeting on the 12th day of March, A.D. 1956. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried the re- ouirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading wps waived, and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
