103ORDINANCE NO. 103 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS FUNDS TO BE ADDED TO THE APPROPRIA- TION ORDINANCE FOR THE YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1956. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORID J WHEREAS the City of Edgewater had an unappropriated surplus of,$8032.87�` as of November 1, 1955, and whereas the City of Edgewater desires to appro- priate 07879.00 of said surplus to the budget for the year ending October 31, 1956, now therefore Section 1: The following monies are hereby appropriated to the following purposes in the following manner: General Government- - - - - - - - - - - - --$1280.00 Street Department- - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5200.00 Police Department- - - - - - - - - - - - - - 640.00 Community Center - - - - - - - - - - - - -- 759.00 T O T A L $7879.00 Section 2: This Ordinance is in addition to and supplementary to the Appropriations Ordinance now in effect for the current fiscal year. Section 9: The City Clerk of the City of Edgewater be.and she is hereby directed to apportion said monies to the respective purposes set forth In Section 1 hereof. Section 4: That all Ordinances cr parts of Ordinances in conflict her€with be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 5: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of ?larch, A.D. 1956. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the reouirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
