92ORDINANCE NO. 92
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A JANITOR FOR THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA AND SETTING THE
COMPENSATION FOR SUCH SERVICES. ADOPTED
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Hoyt L. Peck be, and he is hereby designated
and appointed janitor for the City of Edgewater, Volusla County,
Florida, with full power and authority to do all the duties of said
office,said duties including cutting grass and yard work, and
janitorial care for the City Hall and Community Center and such other
duties as may be prescribed by the City Council of said City; that
Hoyt L. Peck shall be paid the sum of Thirty -Five and 00/100 Dollars
($35.00) per month for his services, said appointment being effective
as of November let, A.D. 1955.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote
of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular
meeting held on the 14th day of November, A.D. 1955.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement
of reading said ordinance upon seeond,.reading was waived, and the
ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.

Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the ILth day of November, A.D. 1955, and approved as provided by
Law, the vote of said Council being as follows:
