AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A CITY CLERK
FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA
COUNTY,NTHE
COMPENSATIONIDAFO, ANDR SUCHBETTSERVICES. ADOPTED
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGE'JATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Frank F. Dippery be, and she is, hereby
designated and appointed City Clerk for the City of Edgewater,
Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and
perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the
Charter and ordinances of said City and the laws of the State of
Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said
City; that the said Frank F. Dippery shall be paid the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month for her services, said appoint-
ment being effective s.a of the let day of November, A.D. 1955.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 9: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of
the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meet-
ing on the 14th day of November, A.D. 1955•
Upon motion duly made;- seconded and unanimously carried the
reouirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading r+as waived,
and the Ordinance was put upon final passage.
Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 14th day of November, A.D. 1955 and approved as provided by
Law, the vote of said Council on roll Call being as follows:
