AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE

BE IT ENACTED BY THE RECEIVE 0- THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 57 of the City /
of Edgewater, Vol-, sia County, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended+
r
to read as follows:
Section 1. That George 0. Sedgwick be and he ishereby
designated and appointed Building Inspector for the City
of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida to serve as such at
the will of the City Council of said city with full power
and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office
as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of the
sail city, and the Laws of the State of Florida. He is to
receive as compensation for his services the aim of Fifty
Dollars, (350.30) per month, said appointment being effective
as of the 14th day of March, A. D. 1955.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conβ
flict herewith be, an" the same are, hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the
City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on
the 14th day of March, A. D. 1955.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of
reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was
ordered put upon final passage.
