79ORDINANCE NO. 79 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 (0) (1) (c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FWRIDA. HE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Section 7 (C) (1) (a) of Ordinance No. 8 of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) All buildings constructed within this district shall have a a minimum set -back of 78 feet from the center line of Ridgewood Avenue as it is now established, and all signs, billboards or other mediums of advertising shall have a minimum set -back of 78 feet from the center line of Ridgewood Avenue as it is now established, except billboards or signs advertising a business on the same property on which they are located. Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of December, A. D. 1954. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second readin^ was waived, and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
