ORDINANCE NO. _
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A BUILDING IN-
SPECTOR FOP. THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA f1� '���
AND SETTING FORTH THE COMPENSATION FOR K
SUCH SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That George 0. Sedgwick be, and he is hereby designated and
appointed building inspector for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City, with full power
and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and de-
fined by the charter and ordinances of said City and the Laws of the State of
Florida; and he is to receive as compensation for his services fees as previously
set forth in Ordinance No. S of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
said appointment being effective as of the 14th day of December, A, D. 1953,
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 14th day of
December, A. D. 1953,
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the requirement of reading
said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was ordered put
upon final passage.
Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of rdgewater, Florida,
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 14th day of December, A. D.
1953 and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being
