AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A BUILDING '

INSPECTOR FOR TNT CITY OF EDGEWATER,�'
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING
THE COMPENSATION FOR SUCH SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA-
Section 1. That Adolph LaBonde be, and he is hereby designated and ap-
pointed Building Inspector for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City, with full power
and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said Building Inspector as
fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said City and the Laws of the
State of Florida, and he is to receive as compensation for his services fees as
previously set forth in Ordinance No. 8 of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County,
Florida, said appointment to be effective as of November 1, A. D. 1953.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
Section s This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 9th day
of November, A. D. 1953,
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the requirement of reading
said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was ordered
put upon final passage.
Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 9th day of November, A. D. 1953
and approved as provided by Law, the vote of said Council on roll call being as
