40r ORDINANCE 40 _ AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A LIBRARIAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Mrs. K. C. Hungerford be, and she is, hereby designated and appointed Librarian for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City; that the said Mrs. K. C. Hungerford be paid the sum of Twenty Dollars (120.00) per month as compen- sation for her services, said appointment to be effective Q u 'St t1,(9 S 3 SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with be, and the same are, hereby repealed. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 12th day of August, A. D. 1953. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 12th day of August, A.
