33ORDINANCE NO. _ AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A DEPUTY CITY /W '114)% r= FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA yA1� BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ED 4ATEA, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ruth Driskel be, and she is hereby designated and appointed Deputy City Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the Laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said city, that the said Ruth Driskel shall be paid at the prevailing wage scale for her services, said appointment being effective as of the 1 'q day of January, A. D. 1953. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting on the 14th day of January, A. D. 1953. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the re- quirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 14th day of January, A.
