18ORDINANCE #* ZY AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. HE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TEE CITY OF-EDGEWATER, FLORIDA- Sec. 1: That Russell Leslie be, and he is, hereby designated and ap- pointed Patrolman on the Police Force for the City of Edge- water, :olusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said City and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said city; that the said Russell Leslie shall be paid the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month for his services, said appointment being effective as of the 1st day of May, A. D. 1952, Sec, 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with be, and the same are, hereby repealed. Sec. 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 28th day of May, A. D. 1952. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived, and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edge- water, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 28th day of May, A.
