1961-9A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE. PARK AND PIER BOARD OF. THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Sec. 1. That the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, hereby reappoints the following named individuals as
members of THE PARK AND PIER BOARD of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
to -wit; Harry Broga; John Grafton; George Driskel; Falco De Pizzo.
Said Board members shall have full power and authority to do and
perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by
the Ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida,
and each member hereby appointed shall serve at the will of the
City Council of the said City and shall serve without remuneration.
Said appointments shall be effective as of the 18th day of December,
A.D., 1961.
Sec. 2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida,
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Council-
man Kennedy , who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman Siller and upon roll call
vote, the said resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of December, A.D., 1961;
the vote of said Council on said roll call being as follows:
