1962-28RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMINEES FOR THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMAN FOR ZONE 4, OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO BE HELD ON NOVEiBER 6, 1962, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECTION WHEREAS, petitions have been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to have the names of Harry S. Drury, Jr., Donald E. Gillespie, George P. Johnson, B.R. Ridgdill and John H. Zeilman, all of 'Lone 4, placed on the ballot for Councilman, at a Special City Election to be held on November 6, 1962 in the City of Edgewater, Florida. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: That the names of Harry S. Drury, Jr., Donald E. Gillespie, George P. Johnson, B.R. Ridgdill and John H. Zeilman, be placed on the official ballot as nominees for the office of Councilman for Zone 4, for a term of one year; and the said Harry S. Drury, Jr., Donald E. Gillespie, George P. Johnson, B.R. Ridgdill and John H. Zeilman are hereby declared to be duly nominated f cr said office to be filled at the Special City Election to be held on November 6, 1962. That the printing of the necessary ballots will be in accordance with the advice of Katherine Odham and there will be printed absentee ballots. BE IT FURTHER ,ESOLVED, that all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby rescinded. The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman Siller who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman and upon roll call vote the 1961-62 # 28 said resolution was duly declared adopted at the continued Meeting o4 said Council held on the 22nd day of October, A.D. 1962, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows; Couaoilman
