RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION
HELD IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, OPS
THE 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER, A.D. 1962 AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION TO THE CITY OFFICER
CHOSEN AT SAID ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That from the canvass of the returns, it is hereby declared
that the result of the Special Election held in the City of Edgewater,
Florida, on November 6th, 1962 is as follows: —
FOR ONE YEAR UNEXPIRED TERM — COUNCILMAN

SECTION 2. That the City Council of said City does hereby declare that
arryS. Drury, Jr. received the highest number of votes case for the
office of City Councilman for the unexpired term of one year, in Zone 4,
and is hereby declared the regularly elected Councilman of said City to
serve for the unexpired term of one year, or until his successor shall be
duly elected and qualified.
The above and foregoing Resolution was introduced by Councilman �l m „-carry
who moved this resolution be adopted , which motion was duly seconded by
Councilman X..\.., .„ and upon a roll call vote taken the same was de—
clared adopted this 7th day of November, A. D. 1962. Vote of said Council
being as follows:—
