3A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID C. FOREMAN A PATROL-
MAN ON THE POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPEN-
SATION FOR SUCH OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That DAVID C. FOREMAN be and he is hereby
designated as a patrolman and policeman on the police force
of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full
power and authority to do and perform all the duties as a
patrolman and policeman as defined by the Charter and Ordin-
ances of the said City under the laws of the State of Florida,
to serve as such patrolman and policeman at the pleasure of
the City Council of said City of Edgewater.
SECTION 2. That said DAVID C. FOREMAN shall be paid
the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-five ($275.00) Dollars monthly,
payable the fifteenth and last day of each month.
SECTION 3. That said appointment of DAVID C. FOREMAN
is effective as of the 12th day of January, A. D. 1963.
SECTION That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by
Councilman Palmateer , who moved its adoption; said
motion being seconded by Councilman Drury

the regular meeting of said Council on the 18th day of
