47Resolution Number 47 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT TO PAVE CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. W H E R E A S, there is a need in the City of Edgewater, Florida, to improve the streets therein; and W HER EAS, it is the desire of the City Council of said city to do all possible for the improvement of said city; N O W, T H E R E F O R E, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, that the intent is hereby declared to pave the following streets within Florida Shores Subdivision, to -wit: Royal Palm Drive from Indian River Boulevard South to 30th Street. Mango Tree Drive and Juniper Drive from 21st Street to 30th Street. 30th Street East from Royal Palm Drive to the Florida East Coast Railroad. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is anticipated that the County Commissioner of District No. 5, Volusia County, Florida, will bear the cost of equipment and labor for the above mentioned proposed paving, and the cost of material for said paving will be prorated one third each to the abutting property owners on both sides of the streets and the retraining one third to be paid by the City of Edgewater, Florida.
