Waiving Objections to Placing Spoils - 12-19-1951RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION WAFTING OBJECTIONS TO THE
PLACING OF SPOILS UPON CERTAIN LAND WITHIN
THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FIORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
That objections are hereby waived to the United States Government
placing any spoils which will become available as a result of the
dredging operations to commence in the future upon or within the
right-of-way limits of streets bordering the West shore of the Indian
River North, within areas where easement grants have been obtained
from the adjoining property owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby rescinded; and that
this resolution take effect upon approval.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman
Fuller , who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman Gibbs ; and upon roll can vote
the said Resolution was duly declared adoptedat the special
meeting of said Council held the 19th day of December, A. D. 1951, the
vote of said Council on said roll call being as follows:
