Appointing Board of Adjustment - 01-16-1952RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: That John H. Gibbs, H. F. McDowell, Frank Smith, Miles Dippery and Joseph Whipperman be, and they are, hereby designated and appointed to comprise the Board of Adjustment for the City of Edgewater, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said board, as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said City and the Laws of the State of Florida, to serve for a period of three (3) years from the date of this Resolution, and may be removed for cause by the appointing authority upon written charges and after public hearings; that the said John H. Gibbs, H. F. McDowell, Frank Smith, Miles Dippery and Joseph Whipperman are to receive no compen- sation for their services, said appointment being effective as of the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all Resolutions or pests of Resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby rescinded. The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Shaeffer , who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Haughton ; and upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at the Special meeting of said Council held the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, the vote of said Council on said roll call being as follower
